Terms of Delivery and Payment

1. General

1.1. These terms of delivery and payment apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Nassau Golf B.V.
1.2. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges their agreement with these terms.

2. Delivery

2.1. Deliveries are made within Europe.
2.2. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. The delivery time is indicative. Any delay in the delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or the cancellation of the order.
2.4. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
2.5. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are clearly stated during the ordering process and on the order confirmation.
3.2. Any additional costs, such as customs fees in the event of unexpected delays, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment must be made via one of the offered payment methods or as indicated on the order confirmation.
4.2. The payment term for an invoice is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. In case of exceeding the payment term, the customer will be in default without further notice and statutory interest will be due.
4.4. All (extrajudicial) costs incurred by Nassau Golf B.V. to obtain payment of the amount due will be borne by the customer.

5. Retention of Title

5.1. All goods delivered remain the property of Nassau Golf B.V. until full payment is received.
5.2. The customer is not authorized to pledge the goods or establish any other right on them as long as ownership has not passed.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The customer has the right to return standard goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This does not apply to products with a custom logo.
6.2. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
6.3. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, Nassau Golf B.V. will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

7. Liability

7.1. Nassau Golf B.V. is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the delivered goods, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
7.2. Nassau Golf B.V.’s liability is in any case limited to the amount of the invoice for the relevant order.

8. Privacy

8.1. The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
8.2. Nassau Golf B.V. will not disclose the customer’s information to third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the agreement.

9. Disputes

9.1. All legal relationships involving Nassau Golf B.V. are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
